236lbs - put a 1lb on. Not unexpected as I ate a whole lot of crisps. or chips for the American's.
D and I are going veggie for a month to see how it affects our health and general well being.
I was vegetarian when I was a teen.

I'm actually looking forward to getting back to work. I am burning no calories laying in bed all day long.

Being veggie for a month will be interesting. We are sometimes almost veggie for whole weeks and it doesn't have any adverse effects certainly. Having discovered quorn alternatives we manage pretty well and its cheaper over here too. There are a few nice lookin veggie recipes in that book I sent you.
At least you know why you gained this week...
