I feel like it is going well, I have taken measurements and photos and been tracking my points, though some rolled over to today which I hope is ok. Back to school (work) today which helps me back into routine.
I had such a sense of enjoying the gym today I was looking forward to it all day! This is not like me! I jogged (2 mins non stop at one point which is huge for me, only ever made it to 1.30_ and did some weights too and we cooled down with a walk.
So... i think so far so good!
